Use the Almanac like an app

Install the Almanac

Add the Almanac to your device for quick access. Installation is optional, free and does not require an app-store account.

If your browser shows an Install app option in its menu or address bar, you can use it at any time.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Almanac in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.

Android

  1. Open the Almanac in Chrome.
  2. Open the browser menu.
  3. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

Windows or Chromebook

In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon in the address bar or choose Install the Almanac from the browser menu.

Mac

In Safari, choose File → Add to Dock. Chrome and Edge also provide an install option in the address bar or browser menu.
